Strictly Seated Dancing

Strictly Seated Dancing poster Age UK Age UK are running free monthly seated dance sessions in Burton Memorial Hall starting on Mon 9th March from 10.30am- 11.30am . These sessions will be run by a professional dancer. Dance is an excellent way to exercise and socialize. Come along and join in the fun.
