Coffee & Cake Morning Sat 15th Feb, 2025

The next mid-monthly coffee morning will be on Saturday 15th February, 2025 10am until 11.30am, in Burton Memorial Hall. With lots of delicious home-made cakes on offer, why not pop along and have a chat with friends or neighbours over a cuppa and a slice? Here at BurtonWeb we are coffee lovers, so when we found a new coffee roastery almost on our doorstep we couldn't resist finding out more about it. Suzi and Alex Carrington have set up their roastery on the Keer Park trading estate in Carnforth and sell a range of wonderful coffees.

SAVE GRANGE LIDO

Since May 2018 we have been actively involved in the campaign to restore the derelict Grange Lido at Grange over Sands. The campaign group is now a Community Benefit Society and is working with Westmorland and Furness Council, the site's owners, on restoration plans.
