Burton Singers Jubilee Concert

Burton Singers proudly present a concert in honour of the historic 70 year reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, to be held at Burton Memorial Hall on Saturday 11th June, starting at 7.30pm. Doors open from 7pm. Tickets available from Burton Village Store, price £10 adults (incl glass of wine or soft drink) and £5 children under 12 (incl soft drink).

Here at BurtonWeb we are coffee lovers, so when we found a new coffee roastery almost on our doorstep we couldn't resist finding out more about it. Suzi and Alex Carrington have set up their roastery on the Keer Park trading estate in Carnforth and sell a range of wonderful coffees.

To buy their coffee you can either visit the roastery which is open Mon - Thur each week, 10am - 4pm, or you can order online. SAVE GRANGE LIDO

Since May 2018 we have been actively involved in the campaign to restore the derelict Grange Lido at Grange over Sands. The campaign group is now a Community Benefit Society and is working with SLDC, the site's owners, on restoration plans. Or use the Fix My Street app to report defects that need dealing with.
